About our staff

Carla S. Powell - Owner and In House Legal Counsel

Carla has been a licensed attorney since August 1988 in Arkansas and since December 2016 in Missouri, with experience in foreclosures and other property law. She is also a licensed title insurance producer and agency principal in the State of Missouri and a qualified intermediary for IRS Section 1031 property exchanges.

Gregory A. Crews - Owner and President

Greg is a retired former banker, of 30 years, who specialized in commercial, agricultural, and real estate lending. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting. Greg is a licensed title insurance producer in the State of Missouri and a qualified intermediary for IRS Section 1031 property exchanges. He manages the finances of the companies and handles quality assurance.

Blake T. Crews - Owner and Senior Vice President

Blake is a licensed title producer in the State of Missouri. He has a background of basic engineering classes and an affinity for math and also handles drawing and plotting complex properties.

Xandy Tucker - Licensed Title Agent and Closer

Xandy is a licensed title producer in the State of Missouri, is the Closer for Howell County and manages our West Plains office.

Marcia Allen - Closing Agent

Marcia is a licensed title producer in the State of Missouri and a former title company owner in both Missouri and Arkansas and manages our Oregon County, Missouri office. Marcia has over 35 years in the title industry.

Jessica Rudd- Licensed Title Agent

Jessica is a Licensed Title Agent in Arkansas and Missouri with 30 years experience in the industry and works in the property research and mapping department for both Arkansas and Missouri.

James Stephens- IT Specialist

Jim, as we call him, owns and runs Pegasus Computer and Engineering, LLC and also runs our IT Department for Missouri and Arkansas. Jim has 20 plus year experience and is an expert in networking security.

Marsha Summers- Arkansas Vice President

Marsha is a Licensed Title Agent and Agency Principal in Arkansas, runs our Sharp County, Arkansas office and is the general manager of all Arkansas operations. She is also the 2025 Secretary of the Tri-County Board of Realtors.

Leighann Martin- Licensed Title Agent

Leighann is a Licensed Title Agent in Arkansas working in the property research and mapping department.

Katie Ragsdale- Closing Agent

Katie is our Closing Agent for Fulton County, Arkansas and Manages that office.

Kaitlyn Sutton- Post Closing Specialist

Kaitlyn handles Sharp County, Arkansas post closings and maintains the Fulton and Sharp County Title Plants.

Kassie Stender- Post Closing Specialist

Kassie handles Fulton County, Arkansas post closing duties and assists Katie with day to day operations in the Fulton County Office.
